MeediOS can support sound themes which means you can assign sounds to MeediOS events.

Step 1 - Copy another sound theme

Download the skysounds theme from openmaid http://www.meedios.com/OpenMAIDOS/detail.php?plugin_id=4613C00A-91AA-4847-9C0A-577F9EEC6549

Unzip the theme into its own directory using winzip/winrar

Step 2 - Replace your sound files

Now simply replace the sounds with any wav files you want.

You can use an opensource program called audacity to convert most formats to wav or edit the files.

Just overwrite the original wavs keeping the filename

Step 3 - Edit your soundtheme.xml file

If you want to change how the sounds apply to different meedios messages you can edit the soundtheme.xml file with a text editor (or sound theme editor in the MeediOS directory)
