As you can see I do not have any extreme CPU usage (Win7 32bit)

Maybe round corners plus drop shadow plus animated background? Should be handled by the graphics card, but who knows ...

Disabling animated background in theme settings should make a difference because IMO WPF simply can not handle any extra effect on top of the animated background (that's why I eventually set theme to not use animated backgrounds by default) but having dedicated GPU should help a lot

I'm still using Windows XP, so I won't complain about high CPU usage here. ;)

What made a big difference for me was disabling the animation of the
opacity value of the selected item (main-sel-item, ressourcedictionary).

On WinXP I had a CPU usage of about 25% - 30% on non animated screens
where just 20 items were listed and one was selected. Disabling the
animation brought me down to ~5% CPU usage. :)

That's on a Athlon XP 4850e using integrated GPU of the AMD785G...

bye,
para

Just bring up the popup menu on any music track and select music video. It should show a the local music video if you have one in your library or a youtube clip if not.

Works pretty well for me although youtube does seem to be cracking down on music vids these days :(

I'm still learning them as well :D

New version working well.

Any chance of a disk space module screen?

viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6332

Current basic one can't even show volume descriptions so its hard to identify which disk is which.

Thanks, looks great, but is it possible to have the bit in brackets say the Volume name.

In my case its "I: (TVshows)" not local fixed disk.
